ZPG-L/I automatic backwash blowdown filter is a filter that can use low-quality water for industrial cooling, but also can be used in other processes requiring filtration. It has the function of flushing and removing impurities. One is installed in front of the other actuators of the heat exchanger, cleaning and removing impurities regularly. When normally, the steering valve is opened, and the flow is filtered through the filter cartridge and discharged from the outlet. When the steering valve closes and the blowdown valve opens, the water flow is forced from the inlet mesh of the filter cartridge to the outside of the filter cartridge. Most of the water flows out of the outlet. Some of the water flows out of the filter cartridge through the mesh of the impurity collection section into the inner of the filter cartridge. The backwashing occurs to the filter cartridge and the backwashing occurs to the outside of the filter cartridge. The impurity attached to the mesh hole is still discharged through the drain outlet.

Working principle

1, job filtering

Normally, the steering valve is open. After passing through the filter, the fine particles and suspended solids in the water are deposited near the sewage outlet by inertia principle.

2. Flushing and blowdown

When normal flushing, the steering valve is open. When the amount of fine particles and suspended solids in the water trapped by the filter net reaches a certain level, the valve on the sewage outlet is opened, that is, the impurities adhering to the filter collection section are flushed until the discharge water is clear. Then close the valve on the sewage outlet to work normally.

3, backwash sewage

When backwashing, the water diversion valve is closed and the blowdown valve is opened. At this time, the water flow is forced to enter the sandwich between the outer side of the filter cartridge and the shell from the inlet mesh of the filter cartridge and flush the impurities adhering to the mesh from the outer side of the filter cartridge to clean the filter net. Because the steering valve is closed, the water flow through the recoil valve increases, and the backwash effect is good.
