Pneumatic emergency shutoff valve is a kind of safety protection valve, which is installed in liquefied petroleum gas storage tank station liquid and gas pipeline, and air compressor (or gas storage tank) matching use, in order to gas source pressure relief or high temperature to melt the easy-to-fuse plug alloy, valve automatically closed leak stoppage, safety protection. The valve can also be used as pneumatic cut-off valve. Remote control can be realized, closing quickly and opening flexibly. It is an ideal alternative to imports.
Working principle and structure elucidation
In the absence of air pressure, the valve disc is normally closed. When the air pump puts pressure gas into the valve cylinder, the valve disc opens. When the valve needs to be closed or in case of emergency, the pressure will be automatically closed.
The valve is fixed by the plunger on the valve seat, when the cylinder is the valve disc, when the pressure gas through the valve seat into the cylinder, the disc will leave the valve seat, when the pressure is released, the disc due to the role of spring force, quickly closed.
