Product structure characteristics

The electric piston type regulating valve is composed of the front valve body, the back valve body, the valve stem, the guide and the sleeve. The guide made of stainless steel is fixed in the cavity of the back valve body, and spray holes are evenly distributed on the surface of the guide; the sleeve is connected with the valve stem on the guide sleeve, and the position of the sleeve is controlled by the external control parts to adjust the valve overflow area. The external control parts can be manually operated, electrically operated, pneumatic and hydraulic operated according to the working conditions.

1. Valve body

The valve body comprises a front valve body and a rear valve body, and an axial symmetrical flow passage is arranged in the rear valve body.

2. Deflector

Working principle

The electric piston type flow regulating and regulating valve is guided by the deflector on the diverter. Water flows in from the outside of the diverter and flows through the jet holes on the diverter to form multiple streams of water, which produce collisions in the valve body cavity to achieve energy dissipation effect. The impact of cavitation and erosion on the valve body is effectively reduced and the service life of the valve is improved. The main sealing ring is located at the front of the guide, and the piston is guided on the whole stroke. When the piston is pushed through the main sealing ring to the full closed position, the differential pressure between the front and back of the valve forces the main sealing ring to close to the outer wall of the sleeve to achieve truncation. The piston moves back and forth in the guide through the guide rod. The valve rod is driven by the crank and the connecting rod. When the actuator drives the valve rod to rotate clockwise, the piston moves backward to open the valve. When the actuator drives the valve rod to rotate counterclockwise, the piston moves forward and closes the valve.
