UZ41H plunger gate valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve stem, plunger, guide sleeve, sealing ring, hand wheel and other parts (as shown). When the handwheel rotates, the plunger is driven up and down in the guide sleeve by the valve stem to reciprocate, so that the oblique cone of the plunger end and the valve seat surface complete the opening and closing functions of the valve.

In the valve plunger and seal ring with interference fit, by adjusting the flange bolt pre-tightening force, so that the compression of the sealing ring produced by the lateral force and the body of the hole and plunger cylindrical seal so that high wear-resistant non-toxic new sealing material, so the seal is reliable, durable, thus improving the service life of the valve.
