ZAZP electric single-seat regulating valve, ZAZN electric double-seat regulating valve and ZAZM electric sleeve regulating valve are the executive units of DKZ electric unit combination instrument. It is one of the important links in the automatic regulating system of production process. It takes AC220V power supply voltage as the driving force, accepts the unified standard signal of 0~10mA DC or 4~20mA DC, and converts this into input. The signal corresponding to the upper and lower displacement, automatically control the valve, change the valve opening displacement, so as to achieve the process pipeline fluid medium such as pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level and other parameters of automatic control.
ZAZP, ZAZN and ZAZM electric control valves can be divided according to the mode of operation.
Positive action: electric closed open type (when the electrical signal increases when the valve position downward displacement), "B".
Reaction: electric open - normally closed (when the electrical signal increases when the valve position upward displacement), "K".
ZAZP, ZAZN, ZAZM electric control valves are widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, power plants, light textile, papermaking and pharmaceutical production process automation and remote control.
There are standard type, bellows sealed type, jacket insulation type and other varieties. Product pressure level has PN1.64.06.4 MPa; nominal diameter DN20-300 mm; applicable fluid temperature has - 40-450; according to the temperature of different valve cover can be divided into normal temperature type, high temperature type; flow characteristics have equal percentage (logarithmic) and linear.
ZAZP electric single-seat regulating valve is composed of DKZ straight-way electric actuator and straight-through low-flow resistance single-seat valve. It has only one seat and a plunger-shaped spool and has good sealing performance. The guiding part adopts (upper and lower double-guide or bushing top-guide) structure. It has the characteristics of large guiding area and strong anti-vibration performance, and is suitable for medium leakage. There are strict requirements for the quantity of the occasion, but due to the structural reasons of the valve, the unbalanced force on the stem is larger, especially in the nominal diameter of large conditions more obvious, so the valve is only suitable for the occasion of small pressure difference.
ZAZN electric double-seat regulating valve is composed of DKZ straight-way electric actuator and straight-through low flow resistance double-seat valve. The valve core is stable and reliable in the process of displacement. There are two seats and two plunger-shaped spools in the valve body. The fluid medium flows out through the upper and lower spool seat. It has large flow rate, large allowable pressure difference and small unbalanced force. A balanced double-seat valve is suitable for occasions where the medium is not very clean and the leakage requirement is not strict.
ZAZM electric sleeve regulating valve is composed of DKZ electric actuator and straight through low flow resistance balance sleeve valve. The spool adopts pressure balance spool. The spool is cylindrical. The spool is guided by the inner cylinder and the top of the sleeve. Therefore, the unbalanced force on the spool is very small, the operation is stable and the performance is good. It is a force balance regulating valve. When the pressure difference between the front and back ends is high, the vibration caused by the swirl impact is weakened because the spool is side-directed by the sleeve, so the valve has the advantages of low noise, small cavitation flashing effect, long service life and so on. But the leakage rate of the valve seat is slightly larger than that of the single seat valve.

DKZ type direct stroke electric actuator can be used with DDZ-III type instrument, and can also be used with assembly instrument and TA instrument. It takes 220V power supply as power 4 20mmA. DC, converts this into the output shaft linear displacement corresponding to the input signal, automatically controls the control valve or other terminal mechanism to complete the automatic adjustment task, or matches. Electric operator realizes manual remote control.
The instrument has three control modes: continuous adjustment, manual control and in-situ manual operation. The automatic control system with DKZ straight stroke electric actuator needs to be equipped with ZPE-3101 servo amplifier, DFD-1000 electric actuator or manual operator to realize manual_automatic non-disturbance switching of the automatic control system.
