CCQ-A series pneumatic ultra-high vacuum plug-in valve uses compressed air as power, changes the direction of air passage through electromagnetic directional valve, drives cylinder piston, drives valve plate to move up and down, realizes valve opening or closing, thus achieves the purpose of connecting or cutting off air flow in ultra-high vacuum system.
